Joshua was born and raised in Aurora, Colorado. After graduating high school, he enlisted into the United States Army, serving in various roles such as engineer, communications specialist, and recruiter. He has also completed multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, retiring in 2024 after over 22 years of dedicated, honorable service.

“A house is more than someplace we sleep,” he reflects. “It’s a place where we celebrate, laugh, cry, and grow.” This philosophy drove his transition into real estate, stemming from firsthand experience with the challenges of the home-buying process. Having moved frequently during his military years, he intimately understands the complexities of finding not just a house, but a true home.

“I know firsthand how difficult the homebuying process can be,” he explains. “That’s why I’m passionate about helping people choose not only a house that is within their means, but finding a place where they can be part of a community and build memories as a family.” The discipline, integrity, and communication skills developed during his years of service now translate directly into his real estate practice.
